Why Hospo? I come from a NZ Maori family and to provide food an beverage for those we love, care for and respect is something that comes naturally to me. Many of my family have worked in the Hospitality industry and I feel like its in my blood!

Perfect night out? Quiet dinner & drinks at a bistro or good pub, followed by dessert somewhere cute and cosy OR for a big night out sunset drinks at a rooftop bar followed by jumping between eateries for snacks and cocktails then hitting the dance floor

Favourite dish on the Monsoon Poon menu? It’s a tie between the Peking Duck Salad and the Singapore Fried Noodles with firecracker chicken.
